Product Description
The Flex Cine Peter Hurley Bi-Color Studio Kit from Westcott is an expansive collection of everything a shooter might need for lighting with panels. The kit includes two 1 x 3' Flex Cine Bi-Color Mats, one 1 x 2' Flex Cine Bi-Color Mat, a 1 x 3' Scrim Jim Cine Frame Set, a 1 x 3' Cine 1-Stop Diffuser Fabric, and a 1 x 2' Scrim Jim Cine Frame Set.
Also included it the kit is a 1 x 2' Cine 1-Stop Diffuser Fabric, three Flex Dimmers, three Power Adapters, three Power Cords, three Shoulder Straps, three Grip Heads for the Scrim Jim Frame, and three Flex Yokes. To wrap it all up Westcott provides a wheeled carry case.
This 1 x 3' Westcott Flex Cine Bi-Color Mat produces 3200 lux of output. The flexible mat features hook-and-loop fabric edging, as well as grommets for mounting, and it incorporates magnetic metal-capped corners that allow you to easily mount it on virtually any metallic surface. The flexible design enables you to shape the mat, so it produces a beam angle of 360° when rolled into a cylinder and 140° when laid out flat.
The mat has 3200 to 6000K variable color temperature that allows it to deal with any ambient light conditions, match other fixtures, or exercise creative expression, while the high CRI and TLCI ratings of 98/99 are your assurance of advanced accuracy in color reproduction. The mat can produce flicker-free output from 0 to 100% when connected to a Flex Cine Wireless Dimmer (not included) and an AC adapter. You can also run it on a 26V V-mount battery when AC power is unavailable.

This 1 x 2' Westcott Flex Cine Bi-Color Mat produces 3900 lux of daylight-balanced light with a nominal beam angle of 140°. This flexible mat features hook-and-loop fabric edging, as well as grommits for mounting, and it incorporates magnetic metal-capped corners allowing you to easily mount it on virtually any metallic surface. The flexible design enables you to shape the mat so that it produces a beam angle from 360° when rolled into a cylinder, to 140° when laid out flat.
The color temperature of the light's output is variable from 2800 to 6000K which makes it a good match when shooting exteriors, while the high CRI and TLCI provides excellent color reproduction. The mat is capable of producing flicker-free output from 1 to 100% of its brightness when connected to a Flex Cine Wireless Dimmer (not included). For the mat to function you will need to connect it to a Flex Cine Wireless Dimmer, and power it with a 26V V-mount battery or power supply.

Constructed from nylon and silk fabrics, this diffusion does not affect the color temperature of light sources and helps to maintain natural-looking skin tones. As part of a modular system, this fabric is an ideal light control tool for a variety of both studio and on-location applications.

Compatible with any Flex Cine Bi-Color or Daylight LED mat up to 1x2', the Flex Cine Dimmer from Westcott is also backwards compatible with Flex 1x1' and 1x2' mats using an optional legacy TE-9 Pin adapter. Not just a dimmer that can adjust light intensity from 1 to 100%, the flex dimmer is also a controller that can vary color (on bi-color mats) from 2800 to 6000K.You can make adjustments locally on the unit, but they can also be made wirelessly by Wi-Fi, using a free app. While the dimmer can run on wall current via its included AC adapter, it can also be powered (and power your light) by 14.4 to 26V batteries, thanks to its built-in V-Mount battery plate. The dimmer has 1/4"-20 female threads for mounting, as well a removable shoulder strap for hanging.
This grip head fits the top of your heavy duty stand, and clamps to a Westcott Scrim Jim, or most any other panel reflector frame (Same as Item D200).
For longer-term applications of a 1' Flex LED Mat, Westcott has developed a Flex Yoke that is designed to work with a 1 x 1', 1 x 2' or 1 x 3' Scrim Jim Cine Frame to provide the necessary framework and mounting points for mounting to standard grip equipment. The yoke mounts directly to the frame's 5/8"-16 threads and features heavy-duty hardware for ensuring longevity and ease of use. The yoke then offers a 5/8" baby pin that can be mounted into a standard grip head with ease. Additionally, the all-metal construction ensures durability on set and on location.
